Customer Service Specialis Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end customer order management – verification, system entry, and ongoing communication via email and phone
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, while actively supporting sales (upselling, cross-selling, customer activation)
- Handling complaints and returns, coordinating the process with internal teams
- Preparing reports, ensuring high-quality data and documentation, and contributing to process improvements
- Close collaboration with sales, production, logistics, warehouse teams, and external partners
- Managing the e-commerce platform and supporting sales targets
- Supporting the retail store when needed
- Proactively assisting customers via phone, tailoring offers to their needs
Requirements
- Native or C2 level of Italian (mandatory)
- Very good command of English (mandatory)
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skillsGood organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive and independent approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and high standards in data and documentation quality
- Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
