As a Customer Care Specialist, you will act as the voice of our customers within the organization—managing complaints, driving resolutions, and collaborating across teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Support Call Center agents in recovering information and handle customer claims and complaints.
- Handle unsolicited complaints and escalated complaints across multiple channels (social media, email, web platforms, etc.)
- Investigate cases by working closely with internal teams (Sales, Parts, Service) and dealer networks
- Provide timely, clear, and solution-oriented feedback to customers
- Coordinate courtesy car support when required
- Assist in managing roadside assistance cases, ensuring smooth customer support during critical situations
- Monitor trends and contribute to improving processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM role , preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong sensitivity to media complaints.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple cases independently
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to independently complete business statistics analysis reports.
