We are expanding and growing, so we are looking for a new German and English-speaking candidate to join our team.


Key responsibilities are:

  • Timely receive, register, process and report on the organization of medical treatment worldwide;
  • Work with internal Database, keep all the cases up-to-date;
  • Maintain solid and effective communication with medical providers, insured members, and clients by email and phone.
  • Work closely with the team to define the areas of attention and take necessary actions to ensure a good clients experience.
  • Comply with the international laws and regulations, including the GDPR, when working with clients and providers
  • Collaborate with other teams to address clients´ queries and establish an efficient workflow and communication.
  • Ensure the business secrets are safely kept.

You are the best candidate if:

  • you have perfect communication skills and a passion for work;
  • you have proficiency in German and English languages , this is a must; any additional language is a big advantage;
  • you are an experienced PC user;
  • you can work remotely (you will need a laptop or computer and seamless Internet connection) and also have enough self-discipline to work without every minute control;
  • you can work both independently and as a part of a team, follow directions and take up feedback on work effectiveness;
