Essity is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Legnano (Milan) office. You will act as the voice of the customer, handling inquiries, orders, complaints and escalations while coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure swift issue resolution and seamless order execution.
You will document all interactions in SAP and strive for first-contact resolution. Fluency in Italian and English and a proactive, organized mindset are essential to deliver outstanding customer
