Starting in Italy, hlpy has expanded to France, Spain, and Germany, aiming to become the leading provider of modern roadside assistance across Europe and beyond.
Our business model is B2B2C, partnering with automotive insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers. Our digital platform allows customers to request roadside assistance and replacements instantly, transforming roadside help.
As we grow globally, we seek a motivated customer service professional to join our team, optimize processes, and set new industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client interactions during vehicle breakdowns or difficulties.
- Oversee digital support processes, intervening as needed.
- Ensure support success via chat, voice channels, or through our network of suppliers.
Requirements:
- Availability for 24/7 shifts.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; Spanish or French is a plus.
- Previous experience in operations or customer service is advantageous.
- Team spirit.
- Based preferably in Lombardy.
- Fixed-term contract for 6 months.
- Shift-based role requiring occasional night and weekend shifts.
