What you'll be doing
- Serves as primary contact, by phone, email or fax for external and internal customers inquiries, coordinating with other internal functions, such as Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Warehouse, Bid Office, Pharmacovigilance.
- Ensure and provides a high-quality service to both internal and external customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
- Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service team. The team's objectives and KPIs are developed to ensure and increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided by the team to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or university degree
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Familiar and comfortable with using MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage conflict and Problems
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in team
- English knowledge
