Customer Service Specialist (French-speaking)
CID S.p.A. , a company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, is looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to join its Italian headquarters and become part of an established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from French-speaking countries, ensuring the smooth execution of the entire order process from receipt to completion. Therefore,
fluent French
is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from French-speaking countries.
Provide timely responses to customers regarding order status, product availability, estimated delivery times, and order follow-up.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics departments by providing country-specific shipping instructions.
Support the Sales team with information on sales performance, open orders, and inventory availability.
Collaborate with the QA department in handling customer complaints and returns.
Ensure compliance with QA procedures and regulatory requirements of each country.
Work with the Finance department to ensure tax compliance, price approval, and respect of payment terms.
Requirements
Fluent in
French
(written and spoken) is a must.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Customer Service/Customer Care.
Knowledge of
SAP
is a must
Knowledge of
English
(written and spoken)

Salary Level D3 of the CCNL "Industria-Chimica" with a RAL range between 31.000€ and 33.000€
