Triumph Group in Milano/Segrate hosts a Customer Service Specialist role for Dutch, French or Danish speakers. The position is hybrid with two mandatory days at the Segrate office and focuses on order tracking, policy adherence, and customer-centric service.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a related role, excellent English, and proficiency in Dutch, French or Danish. Italian is a plus; SAP and data reporting experience are advantageous.
