Responsibilities Manage onboarding calls with new customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Perform quality checks on our products Handle first-level support requests Manage demo calls with potential customers Identify and reach out to potential customers Carry out cold outreach and prospecting activities Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests Requirements Key Requirements Professional proficiency in German Professional proficiency in Italian Professional proficiency in English Experience in customer success, sales experience is a plus Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry Interest in artificial intelligence and experience using it Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience using CRM or customer management tools Soft Skills Proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies Strong customer focus and ability to build solid relationships Self-discipline for remote work and openness to regular in-person meetups What We Offer Plenty of room for professional growth Flexible environment that supports remote work Opportunity to learn and work with modern technologies Real responsibility: your work truly matters here!
