Role Description:
- Be the key contact for our B2B clients , ensuring an outstanding customer journey from onboarding to daily support.
- Enable success : Help designers and brands maximize the value of our platform by streamlining logistic operations.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, helping us continuously improve our services with real user feedback.
- Collaborate within a dynamic, young team (everyone under 35!).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly ambitious and customer-obsessed.
- Exprience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role (experience with B2B clients a plus).
