Your Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.
- Manage the entire funnel for existing business, conducting checkpoints and interviews to drive upsells.
- Work closely with customers to receive feedback, ensure their needs are met, and keep them satisfied, serving as the main point of contact.
- Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product development, marketing), and share insights to improve processes.
What You’ll Bring
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, operations, or customer‑facing roles.
- Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
- A continual learning mindset and eagerness to join a rapidly growing startup.
- Optional: a law degree.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
