What Youll Be Doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer support to clients in German
• Engaging with users through various platforms and solving issues with precision and empathy
• Working closely with our international team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Handling tasks in a dynamic, multi-lingual environment with opportunities to develop new skills

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• C2-level proficiency in German
• B2-level proficiency in English

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)

Relocation Details:

We welcomes candidates relocating with their partners and/or children . While relocation support is only available for the candidate, we offer assistance in finding accommodation at discounted rates through our real estate partners.

• Flight ticket reimbursement up to 200 will be provided after 6 months (for the candidate only).
• Please note that any additional hotel or flight costs for family members are not covered .
