Your Team

The Customer Value Management mission is to maximize the lifetime value of Snai’s Online customer base through engagement and promotional strategies tailored to different segments, and by delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints, while providing actionable business insights and ensuring robust data governance for the online domain.

Your role

As a CVM Churn & Cross Sell Specialist , you will support the design and execution of targeted campaigns for online casino and betting players to reactivate churn customers & drive multiproduct engagement for active customers. You will analyse player behaviour, segment active customers, and optimize promotions to maximize participation and ROI. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, and IT teams, you will contribute to campaign planning, testing, and performance monitoring. You will also produce insights, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and continuously improve player engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Support the design and execution of end-to-end CVM campaigns for churn online casino and betting players, driving reactivation, engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
• Plan and execute private promotional campaigns (bonuses, free bets, missions, rewards) tailored to player behavior, value, and activity patterns.
• Analyse player data to support customer segmentation and improve promotional targeting, timing, and mechanics in line with business needs.
• Support the monitoring and management of promotional budgets and bonus allocations, helping ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and sustainable.
• Contribute to the analysis of key CVM KPIs (retention, frequency, value, campaign uplift, redemption), providing insights to inform potential improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Loyalty, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure promotions are delivered effectively and align with business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experienced as a professional working in B2C online business with exposure to complex or international environments.
• Understanding of online casino and sports betting products, player lifecycle, and engagement levers.
• A ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data, track KPIs and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Optional (Plus)
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
