The Digital Career Program

This program targets open-minded, ambitious, and talented young graduates eager to start their careers in the digital domain. Participants will help develop new solutions and technologies to enable digitalization across various areas.

Participants will:

• Receive training on business processes, IT, digital technologies, and soft skills
• Be mentored by a dedicated tutor
• Gain experience working on digital transformation projects

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics. They should be proactive, smart, enthusiastic, and interested in building a career within a multinational company, working on business processes and digital technologies.
