Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

Join our cybersecurity team and help protect a global IT environment in constant evolution.
We’re looking for a hands‑on, curious professional ready to tackle real threats, manage incidents, and continuously strengthen our security posture in an international and dynamic context.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor security controls and tools (EDR/XDR, DLP, email security)
- Identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation and patching (Windows/Linux/network)
- Support incident response and SOC escalations
- Work on data protection and DLP (Microsoft Purview)
- Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments for new tools/vendors
- Monitor attack surface and cloud configurations
- Contribute to compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2) and security policies
Requirements
- 3–6 years in cybersecurity operations / SOC / incident response
- Hands‑on experience with EDR/XDR and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of patch management and security standards (ISO 27001, NIS2)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with SIEM (Google SecOps is a plus)
- Background in industrial / energy / OT environments
- Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CySA+, CEH, SC‑200, AZ‑500…)
- Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, KQL)
Location
Hybrid remote and Offices Milan.
