About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Expert to lead and support our efforts in securing software applications, hardware products, and related networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, and hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents across all layers of the IT environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Software Security
- Conduct code reviews and support vulnerability assessments of internal and third-party applications.
- Implement secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and respond to application-level threats and exploits.
Hardware Security
- Ensure physical and firmware-level security of servers, endpoints, and IoT devices.
- Evaluate and implement hardware-based security solutions (e.g., TPM, HSM).
- Perform risk assessments on hardware supply chains and embedded systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to secure device architecture and interfaces.
- Manage PKI generation and support integration with STLA ecosystem.
Network Security
- Design and maintain secure network architectures for local installation of hardware products (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Support the monitoring of network traffic for anomalies and potential threats.
- Support the penetration testing and vulnerability scanning of network infrastructure.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on software, hardware, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, IEC 62443).
- Proficiency in tools such as Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, and SIEM platforms.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive security mindset.
- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
