We are seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cybersecurity Baseline Measurement Implementation (CBMI) programmes across Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role sits at the intersection of OT security, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and programme governance, driving measurable improvements to cybersecurity posture across complex industrial environments.
The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, engineering, and business stakeholders while ensuring all CBMI deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and company-specific OT security standards.
Own end-to-end CBMI programme delivery across multiple sites or business units: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RACI matrices, and governance artefacts.
Define, track, and report KPIs, maturity scores, and OT cybersecurity baseline metrics to senior leadership.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across IT/OT interfaces, tracking timelines, budgets, and inter-programme dependencies.
OT / ICS Cybersecurity Assessment & Implementation
Lead coordination of OT cybersecurity assessments, including:
Asset discovery, classification, and inventory management
Industrial network architecture review and segmentation analysis
Vulnerability assessments and risk scoring
Drive implementation of cybersecurity baseline controls aligned with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and internal OT security standards.
Coordinate with site-level OT and engineering teams to gather, validate, and document baseline measurement data.
Oversee deployment of OT security technologies, including network monitoring and asset visibility platforms (e.g., Support development of remediation roadmaps and control improvement plans arising from baseline gap analyses.
Ensure all programme activities minimise disruption to live industrial processes and operational continuity.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary liaison between OT engineering, IT security, operations, vendors, and executive leadership.
Produce executive-level programme updates and concise stakeholder reporting.
Foster cybersecurity awareness and operational excellence across OT functions.
5–10+ years of Project / Programme Management experience within OT cybersecurity or ICS environments.
~ Proven experience delivering CBMI or OT cybersecurity assessment programmes.
~ Strong understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI environments, industrial network architectures, and OT security considerations.
~ Experience within Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors.
~ Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or equivalent.
Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
Understanding of asset visibility solutions, network segmentation, zoning, and risk assessment methodologies.
GICSP, CISSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
