Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Cyber & Security Solutions area based in Rome Laurentina (Via Laurentina). The specialist will support showroom operations, product demonstrations, network and video application development, and event support across different regions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the showroom in Rome Laurentina, ensuring the functionality of all equipment and media.
• Assist Product Marketing or other commercial colleagues in demonstrating solutions in the showroom.
• Manage the showroom IP networks under the Networking/Secure IP domain and develop video/web applications (e.g., HTML/Figma) to facilitate demonstrations.
• Support the Demonstration Manager and other Marketing functions during events, trade fairs, and showroom deployments in other divisions, including on-site assistance in short domestic and international trips.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ITIS Informatics or Telecommunications; preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT technician, junior system administrator, or audio/video technician, with knowledge of integrating IT and audio/video systems.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).

Technical Skills

• Experience with IP architecture and security.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, digital/cloud architectures, and cyber security.
• Ability to configure and connect network devices with video systems, and to develop video over IP, graphics/video/HTML signals.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Hands‑on operational competence with network equipment and video systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various internal departments.

Availability & Travel

Open to short business trips within Italy and abroad.
