Leonardo is an international industrial group seeking a Proposal Engineer for its Cyber & Security Solutions Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, evaluating costs and risks, and designing complex information systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals and evaluate costs and risks.
• Design complex information systems and define ICT multi-layer architectures.
• Develop interoperability methodologies and ensure operational continuity.
• Analyse and synthesize technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience drafting technical proposals.
• Experience defining ICT multi-layer architectures.
• Knowledge of interoperability methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize technical documentation.
• Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, or Zero Trust.
• Ability to design services according to interoperability and operational continuity criteria.
• Knowledge of products and solutions in one or more areas.
• Knowledge of sector standards and best practices.
• Experience drafting bids for systems, products, or projects.
