* Candidate screening;
* Phone interviews;
* Interview scheduling;
* Support during the interview phase;
* Internship activation;
* Participation in Career Days.**REQUIREMENTS****Educational Qualification:** Master's degree in Work Psychology, Economics, Law, or related disciplines. Having obtained a **Master's degree in Human Resources** will be considered a plus.**Seniority**Recent graduate.**Technical knowledge and skills*** Advanced knowledge of the Office package, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
* Knowledge of Outlook.**Behavioral competencies*** Active listening;
