Within the Business Intelligence and Transformation Team, the resource will contribute to the development of a Build-to-Stock (BtS) optimization platform that enhances stock vehicle decision‑making through advanced data‑driven insights.

The platform actively guides users toward the most value‑generating configurations, enabling profitability analysis, configuration comparison, and stock optimization to maximize overall business value.

The resource will play a key role in designing and building the backend architecture, setup proper dataset in Snowflake interacting with all key stakeholders of the other business units involved (finance, SCM, Customer centricity, Network development), translating complex analytical models and optimization logic into robust, scalable, and production‑grade solutions.

Working at the intersection of backend engineering, data, and algorithms, the resource will help shape a system that directly drives business decisions, improves dealer recommendations, and increases operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build in Snowflake the proper dataset to support the pilot phase
• Support the pilot phase (blueprint definition, tool development, financial sustainability)
• Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of the Build-to-Stock optimization platform
• Implement core business and optimization logic to support stock optimization use cases
• Develop and manage data processing workflows and backend services
• Work on Order Bank and FCO (Factory Confirmed Orders) data and processes, ensuring correct integration into optimization logic and decision‑making flows
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and standardization across all data sources, defining and enforcing proper data handling practices within the platform
• Integrate the platform with relevant data sources, systems, and external services
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the backend solution
• Contribute to testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with frontend developers and business stakeholders in an agile environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in backend or application development
• Strong proficiency in backend programming
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Solid understanding of data processing, data pipelines, and data modeling
• Familiarity with analytical, optimization, or algorithm‑driven applications is a plus
• Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and technical documentation
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
