R&D Data Analyst

We’re looking for an R&D Data Analyst who will have a specific focus on data analysis and machine learning applications, assisting the Basic Research team of the R&D Department.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Basic Research team of the R&D Department on projects related to data collection, analysis and cleaning, with IT support.
• Support the team through statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize analysis results and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Apply machine learning techniques to support the development of internal projects within the R&D Department.
• Participate in projects for the development of new tools and methods for data collection and analysis.

Position Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Economics and Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required. Other STEM degrees relevant to the position will also be considered.
• Experience in data analysis and data management is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across R&D teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of programming and machine learning, with Python knowledge preferred.
• Experience with PowerBi (or similar) and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Solid IT and organizational skills complete the profile.
