La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia.**Global Corporate & Commercial Italia** is the Generali Italia S.P.A. structure that deals with insurance services for large companies.Within the Planning & Control function, the resource will be placed in the Integrated Data Quality & Report structure, contributing to the development and oversight of Data Governance, Data Quality, and integration activities with reporting processes, supporting the team and the function manager.The role represents an operational link between processes, data, and reporting, with the aim of improving the reliability, consistency, and traceability of information to support the business.Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:* Supporting **data analysis and reporting** activities, contributing to the production of insights to support the business* Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of the Integrated Data Quality framework, in coherence with Group policies and guidelines* Supporting end-to-end process mapping activities (Process–Data Flow), contributing to the mapping of data flows, controls, and responsibilities* Collaborating in the definition and updating of **standards, processes, and information flows** related to data governance* Interfacing with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT Development, Process Innovation) for data collection and validation* Contributing to the preparation of materials, analyses, and follow-ups to support the team.The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:* Degree in economics, statistics, management engineering, or related fields* 1-2 years of experience in data analyst roles and/or technical secretariat of insurance companies* Experience in the insurance or financial sector**Required skills:**Hard skills:* Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.G., Excel, Power BI)* Ability to analyze and interpret data* Familiarity with data quality logic, KPIs, and reporting* Basic knowledge of business processes (preferably insurance)Soft skills:* Precision and attention to detail* Ability to organize and manage priorities* Attitude to work in teams and in cross-functional contexts* Good communication and synthesis skills* Proactivity and curiosity towards data & innovation topicsPlus:* Familiarity (even basic) with data governance and process mapping logic* Interest in data quality framework topics and end-to-end processes* Familiarity with digital and innovative tools, including AI-based onesBeing a Lifetime Partner is our ambition: every day we want to be by our customers' side, taking care of their lives and their dreams.
