In this role you will support data management, process automation and performance monitoring within the Pricing and Product Development team for the Mid Corporate segment. You will deliver data-driven insights to optimize pricing and reporting, and streamline operations through automation. You will collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align IT/DWH solutions with business needs. Define technical requirements for IT and DWH implementation regarding database structure Data preparation and data quality activities to support pricing and reporting Automation of data extraction, analysis and reporting Identify solutions for streamlining operations and reduce manual workload Interact with other corporate functions on business needs Collaborate with AZ group on dedicated dataflow projects and exchanges Responsabilità
Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or equivalent 2-3 years experience preferably in Insurance/Consulting Firm with focus on Data Analytics Good knowledge of Power BI, SQL or SAS, Datalake Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytics, problem-solving and communication skills Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style Ability to interact with different stakeholders in a global work environment Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
