We are an international company and a leading player in the fields of Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Self-Service BI , partnering with top market platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake. We support global organizations in becoming truly data-driven , through innovative, high-impact projects.

To meet the growing demand for data skills, we are launching our Data & Analytics Academy , an intensive training program designed to shape the next generation of:

The Program

A 4–6 month immersive program , primarily based in Milan (with potential involvement in Madrid).

During the Academy, you will alternate between:

• Theoretical training delivered by international expert trainers
• Hands-on practical activities
• Team-based work

At the end of the program, participants may be integrated into the consulting team and involved in projects with major clients.

What You Will Learn

• Database design and data architecture
• Working with tools such as:
• Snowflake / Databricks / Microsoft Fabric
• dbt
• Fivetran
• End-to-end data analysis
• Data visualization and dashboard design
• Development of BI, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME, Dataiku)
• UX/UI applied to dashboards (Figma, Canva)
• Effective communication of insights
• Fundamentals of prompt engineering
• Introduction to generative and agentic AI
• LLMs, RAG, and MCP concepts , AI agents

Who We Are Looking For

Curious, motivated individuals with a strong passion for the world of data.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science)
• or
• a different background with strong analytical skills and interest in data
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish
• Availability to work both in Milan and Madrid
• Strong motivation to pursue a career in the data field

No prior work experience is required: we are looking for potential, curiosity, and willingness to learn .
