Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Lead Critical Facilities Technician to oversee a site during your shift, ensuring safe, efficient operations of HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems. You will coordinate a team, manage workflow, and serve as the first escalation point for on‑shift technicians.
The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of electrical or mechanical critical facilities experience (or 7+ years in HVAC). Certifications are preferred.
