As Data Center Site Manager, you own the end-to-end operation of the client datacenter, coordinating with the Operations Director to optimize performance through a proactive maintenance program. You manage facilities services, safety, and environmental/compliance systems (ISO14001, ISO27001), while overseeing energy efficiency and cost control. You lead on-site teams and third-party contractors, ensuring reliable operations, capacity reporting, and stakeholder liaison. Oversee facilities management via contractors and in-house staff Ensure site cleanliness and safety through third parties Manage site Opex budget and maintenance costs Install and commission new infrastructure Support ISO14001 and ISO27001 initiatives Run day‑to‑day site operations and maintenance Monitor all infrastructure and generate capacity and energy efficiency reports Lead on-site teams and third‑party personnel, including security Handle small works requests and on‑call/off‑hours support Coordinate with landlord representatives and travel between data centers Identify team development needs and provide training Contribute to site capex forecasting and plant performance trending Develop and maintain health & safety procedures and training Provide sales/technical support, bid assistance, and site tours Produce customer‑facing reports on power, temperature, humidity Perform additional on-site tasks as required by stakeholders Responsabilità
Degree-level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Strong drive, self‑motivation, and organization Ability to work under pressure and in international teams Willingness to travel between data centers regularly Fluent in Local Language and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an asset Critical thinking and innovation in data center problem‑solving Full driving license Professional body membership (desirable)
