Your Role

• Design and develop interactive search experiences powered by Generative AI for leading customers in different industries.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) or on‑premises infrastructure, depending on project needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and deliver AI‑driven products and services.
• Develop, version, and execute Python code to build and refine AI models.
• Deploy and manage AI models in various environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) or on‑premises AI deployment, including components like storage, compute engines, and AI services such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure AI.
• Hands‑on experience with Gen AI models and tools, such as text generation APIs, chatbots, and enterprise search solutions.
• Familiarity with vector data stores, custom embeddings, and deriving insights from embeddings (a plus).
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and analytics tools, such as BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
