Our client is a global consulting firm and is looking for an Operating Model & Change Lead to work on a contract/freelance basis (full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Key Skills/Requirements
- Must be Italian speaking
- CDO framework translation and governance alignment so domains can operate with flexibility within the CDO framework
- Federated model activation, plus DPO instantiation and steward/SME training & onboarding
- Stays 100% through domain embedding and handover during build
- Must be happy with roughly 2 days per week onsite in Florence
Contract is running until the end of October 2026 initially, paying up to €390p/day and will be 2 days per week onsite in Florence.
