Technical Profile & Skills

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a solid foundation in Oracle Database management, eager to develop their skills within a structured enterprise environment. We are looking for someone who understands the core architectures and is ready to take on daily operational challenges.


Mandatory skills:


  • Oracle RDBMS: Basic to intermediate knowledge of versions 12c, 18c, or 19c (user management, tablespace administration, and basic troubleshooting);
  • Architecture Awareness: Understanding of Oracle GRID, RAC, and ASM concepts, including basic monitoring and health checks;
  • Backup & Recovery: Familiarity with RMAN principles and standard backup/restore procedures;
  • Data Guard: Knowledge of Disaster Recovery concepts and log shipping monitoring;
  • Linux/Unix: Ability to navigate the file system, manage files, and analyze system logs;


Optional skills:

  • Familiarity with other database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MsSql);
  • Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python) for task automation


Place of work: remotely or in Grassobbio/Bergamo where we have our headquarter;

We are looking for a full time profile.


The salary and related benefits will be assessed during the interview and commensurate with the candidate's actual skills.


However, a contract (CCNL of Commerce) with long visibility is proposed. Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills are required.
