Debt Recovery Manager

To expand the project internationally, we are seeking a Debt Recovery Manager dedicated specifically to the international market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and optimising all debt recovery activities at an international level, ensuring the efficiency of processes and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key responsibilities will include:

•End-to-end management of debt collection activities for international markets, covering both pre-litigation and litigation stages

• Structuring and optimising internal debt collection processes to streamline existing procedures and support the business’s strong growth

• Coordinating a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented working environment

•Liaising directly with international clients (including on matters not strictly related to debt recovery), managing relationships with professionalism and diplomacy

•Monitoring and managing client-related accounting activities (accounts receivable)

•Conducting periodic analyses of the debt portfolio, providing accurate reports to management

•Managing and collaborating with external consultants and legal counsel on international litigation matters

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics and skills:

• Solid experience in a debt collection manager or specialist role, with proven experience in managing both pre-litigation and litigation stages

• Previous experience in coordinating resources and excellent teamwork skills

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (C1/C2 level), given the daily interaction with overseas contacts

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesise information

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a proactive and problem-solving approach

• Good skills in accounts receivable management

• Strong results-orientation and the ability to manage a rapidly growing business

• Specific experience in managing debt collection in an international context (preferred)

RAL : minimum €55,000 gross per annum
