As we accelerate our commercial transformation across the South Europe cluster (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal), we are seeking a Demand Acceleration (DX) Senior Analyst to lead and deliver best‑in‑class commercial execution.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial & eCommerce South Europe Cluster, this is a high‑impact role responsible for shaping and executing transformational demand strategies, elevating customer partnerships, delivering best‑in‑class Perfect Store execution standards, and driving sustainable growth across channels - with a strong focus on Specialists, Traditional, and Premium Brick & Mortar channels.
You will play a critical role in embedding data‑driven decision‑making, strengthening customer engagement, and deploying best‑in‑class execution standards across markets.
Based in Padova (Italy), the role operates in a multi‑country, matrix environment, requiring strong autonomy and the ability to define and structure strategies in an evolving organization.
Responsibilities Demand Acceleration & Growth Strategy
Lead the development and execution of channel‑specific demand acceleration strategies across South Europe
Identify and unlock Shopper Value Offer growth opportunities, translating them into actionable execution standards
Leverage advanced analytics and data (e.g. Most Valuable Stores, store clustering) to enable precision targeting
Develop category leadership initiatives and compelling selling stories to strengthen customer collaboration (World Class Customer Engagement program - WCCE)
Perfect Store & Commercial Excellence
Define and implement Perfect Store (PICOS) execution standards across physical and digital retail environments
Ensure best‑in‑class execution on visibility, availability, and conversion
Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and performance analysis
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Customer & Channel Development
Own the South Europe category leadership agenda across all channels
Partner closely with Sales to elevate strategic customer relationships and unlock Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Drive channel‑specific strategies tailored to both offline and online environments
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and RGM to align priorities and execution
Collaborate with global DX teams and the broader DX community to share and scale best practices
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated commercial solutions
Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making
Qualifications Key Capabilities & Experience
Proven experience in commercial strategy, demand generation, or category management
Strong track record in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally in a multi‑market environment
Deep expertise in Perfect Store and retail execution excellence
Technical Skills
Strong experience leveraging data analytics and shopper insights to drive growth
Advanced analytical skills; Power BI is required
Experience in business case building, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
Strong commercial acumen
Differentiating Competencies
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority
Strong relationship‑building capabilities internally and with key retail partners
High level of autonomy and ownership, especially in a remote management setup
Ability to operate in ambiguity and define strategy in a new environment
Balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
Languages
English mandatory
Italian fluency required
French or Spanish is a plus

Availability to travel up to 10%

New role requiring structuring and building demand acceleration strategy from the ground up
High level of ambiguity requiring strong strategic thinking and clarity
Need to influence senior stakeholders and drive change management across markets
Operating in a multi‑country cluster (4 markets) with different maturity levels
Remote reporting line, requiring strong autonomy and ownership
Compensation and Benefits
The expected starting compensation range for this position is 54,500 EUR annually (gross).
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus, based on performance and eligibility.
In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.
