We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Demand Planning Specialist with FMCG (Food & Spirits) experience for our Client's plant. In this role, you will prepare demand forecasts for a specific group of countries, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will analyze sales forecasts, develop demand plans, support S&OP meetings, and maintain the related systems.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning
- Experience and concrete knowledge of working in the FMCG industry (preferably in Spirits & Food)
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting tools and ERP software (e.g., SO99+, SAP, APO, Anaplan, or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods, with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
- Ability to see the bigger picture, identify critical issues, and propose structured solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
