Experteer Overview
As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will manage end-to-end planning for Rossignol’s Accessories, Footwear & Bags to align supply with demand, service levels, and inventory targets. You’ll work closely with Sales, Sourcing, Product Development, and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries across the global distribution network. This role blends data analysis with cross-functional collaboration to optimize purchasing, lead times, and stock. It offers broader visibility into operations and a chance to contribute to a leading global brand in mountain sports.

- Analyze seasonal forecasts and translate them into purchasing strategies aligned with commercial/financial goals
- Deliver seasonal performance analyses and range efficiency reviews
- Maintain the seasonal calendar and ensure cross‑functional alignment on planning milestones
- Define purchase quantities per SKU by evaluating demand, inventory, supplier capacity, and MOQs
- Monitor and ensure on‑time, in‑full deliveries with suppliers across production and shipments
- Identify demand/supply risks and adjust purchasing schedules to protect service levels
- Foster cross‑functional partnerships with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Development, and Logistics
- Provide analytical support and ad hoc reporting to aid decision‑making
Responsabilità
- 1–3 years of relevant planning experience in product-driven organizations
- Academic background in Business, Supply Chain, or a data-driven field
- Experience in footwear is a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical tool skills (ABC analysis, benchmarking, efficiency assessments)
- Proficiency with planning systems, forecasting tools, ERP systems (Infor M3 knowledge a plus) and Smartsheet is a plus
- Ability to define purchasing needs from commercial inputs and manage lead times
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ownership of end‑to‑end processes with autonomy
