Experteer Overview

In this role you drive large-scale automation deployments within Amazon's SEU fulfilment network, aligning cross-site projects with business goals. You work closely with operations, construction, and vendors to launch automated buildings and expansions, delivering high-quality, on-time solutions. You’ll solve complex problems across multiple sites and technologies, influencing optimization and continuous improvement. The opportunity spans Europe, with travel to ensure successful implementations and knowledge sharing.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure project success

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
• Extensive experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution
• Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
