We build and deploy agentic AI to solve the most complex transportation management challenges for large enterprises, saving them money and drastically reducing their environmental footprint.
We are a small, elite team of international professionals from top-tier companies and research centers (MIT, McKinsey, NASA, London Business School, Politecnico di Milano ). We're backed by leading institutions from Silicon Valley (Berkeley SkyDeck) and Italy, and we are looking for engineers who want to be on the front lines, deploying groundbreaking technology that has a real-world impact from day one.
The Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will be the tip of our spear. This is a hands-on technical role where you will embed directly with customers to lead the deployment of our AI platform. You will be the crucial bridge between the client’s real-world problems and our core product team, acting as an engineer, strategist, and mission owner all in one.
Your Mission
- Lead End-to-End Deployments: Own the solution from initial scoping and data analysis to full-scale, live deployment.
- Configure Agentic AI: Master our platform through hands-on agent configuration , strategic prompting , and Python scripting to solve complex planning problems.
- Solve Customer Problems: Dive deep into customer data and processes to model, validate, and tune the technology to their operational reality.
- Shape Our Product: Channel your field insights on AI performance and new use cases directly into our product roadmap.
Your Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years in a hands-on, client-facing technical role like Software Implementation , Solutions Architecture, or technical consulting.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Python scripting and strong experience with SQL . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- A solid understanding of modern AI concepts; experience with prompt engineering or configuring AI systems is a major plus.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
- Education: Master’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
- Mindset: You thrive on solving complex problems, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong drive to deliver production-ready solutions.
