Requisiti

Purpose of the Job

To verify trains upon arrival at the depot, close all open orders, and ensure fleet availability and reliability.

Measurement

• Reliability, availability, and punctuality (other KPIs relevant to the contract)
• KPI on fleet health (e.g., Service Order Close-out in real-time)
• Customer feedback (e.g., annual customer surveys)

Responsibilities

• Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-the-art practices and standards.
• Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools.
• Populate relevant failure database (Railsys System).
• Guarantee information flow within the troubleshooting team.
• Contribute to reliability growth and share experiences.
• Respect EHS rules and related work processes.

Contract Type

Permanent or fixed contract based on candidate experience.
