Job Description

To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety.

To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings.

To track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates.

To undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress.

To assist in the development and implementation of quality management.

To monitor activities, procedures and site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions.

Responsibilities

  • To monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety.
  • To assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings.
  • To track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates.
  • To undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of quality management.
  • To monitor activities, procedures and site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Development Management and Project Management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages.

It Will Be Considered a Plus

  • Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction.
  • Previous experience in the construction management at industrial sector.
  • Previous experience permitting process.
  • Previous experience in coordination activities related to LEED/BREEAM certifications.
  • Certifications in the field of project management BIM/REVIT knowledge.
