Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the different phases of the architectural design process, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and design quality.
• Contribute to design development activities, actively participating in the architectural design process across all project stages.
• Coordinate preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, and concept development in collaboration with consultants and stakeholders.
• Support the management of surveys of existing buildings and the preparation of related documentation.
• Coordinate the production of design deliverables, from concept through to detailed design, including support for permit applications and cost estimation.
• Support the team in preparing moodboards and client presentations.
• Monitor project progress and support the Technical Director in resource planning and coordination.
• Facilitate internal coordination within the design team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Participate in coordination meetings and support the management of external consultants.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering Architecture (Master in Digital Architectural or BIM are a plus).
• Registration in the Italian Architect registration Board or international equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as Project Leader on national and international projects.
• Expertise with AutoCAD, BIM - REVIT and similar software.
• Ability and experience in managing the entire construction process.
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus).
