We are seeking a Design Project Manager MEP for our Milan and Rome offices, with at least 5 years of experience managing mechanical, electrical, special, and hydraulic systems within buildings and infrastructure projects, particularly in Electronics & Pharma sectors. The role involves full project management from hand-over to delivery, coordinating internal and external teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on technical offers and business opportunities.
• Managing projects of varying complexity from hand-over to completion.
• Verifying contractual content against scope of work.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Planning and monitoring project resources and activities.
• Leading design review meetings to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Managing relationships with clients and partners.
• Supporting progress and billing planning.
• Contributing to project profit and loss management.

Requirements:

• Engineering diploma or degree (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex plant projects.
• Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies (certification preferred).
• Risk management, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Team leadership experience with medium to large teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
