Design Project Manager

Adecco Italia, on behalf of a leading Italian company in the luxury manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced:

Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex interior design projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence in every phase— from planning to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple high-end interior design projects simultaneously

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines

• Handle purchasing orders and monitor production and delivery processes

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution • Ensure all project milestones are met within budget and scope

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations

• Identify and resolve potential issues or delays proactively.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management within high-end interior design or related fields

• Strong ability to manage planning, procurement, production, and logistics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered a plus

• Based in Rome or willing to relocate
