In this role, you will manage second line IT incidents, provide deskside support for users, and handle ticket ownership through ServiceNow. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT and possess strong problem-solving skills. You will support Microsoft 365 applications and ensure seamless connectivity for desktop and mobile devices. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English are required, as well as a willingness to travel across Italy.
