Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Desktop and Laptop Support Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops
  • Peripheral Devices Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices
  • Operating Systems Expertise in Windows macOS and Linux operating systems
  • Active Directory Managing user accounts groups and permissions
  • Group Policy Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects GPOs for security and configuration management
  • Remote Management Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Intune for remote management and software deployment
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other Office 365 applications
  • Video Conferencing Experience with tools like Zoom Cisco Webex and Google Meet
  • Unified Communications Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack
  • MDM Solutions Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune AirWatch or MobileIron
  • BYOD Policies Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device BYOD policies
