Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Desktop and Laptop Support Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops
- Peripheral Devices Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices
- Operating Systems Expertise in Windows macOS and Linux operating systems
- Active Directory Managing user accounts groups and permissions
- Group Policy Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects GPOs for security and configuration management
- Remote Management Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Intune for remote management and software deployment
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other Office 365 applications
- Video Conferencing Experience with tools like Zoom Cisco Webex and Google Meet
- Unified Communications Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack
- MDM Solutions Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune AirWatch or MobileIron
- BYOD Policies Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device BYOD policies
