Development Associate

Development Associate — New Generation Foundation The New Generation Foundation is seeking a Development Associate to support our fundraising and donor relations work in Florence. Working closely with our Director of Development, you'll play an active, donor-facing role — supporting donor research, cultivation, stewardship, and event coordination, and leading on applications to Italian institutional funders — with real scope to grow into a relationship management position over time. You'll need strong organisational skills, fluent Italian and excellent English (both written and spoken), and a genuine interest in fundraising and donor relations. Experience in the arts, culture, or non-profit sector is a plus but not essential. Some travel within Italy and potentially to the UK is required.
