Job Description

Dolce&Gabbana offers an exciting career opportunity as Travel Retail Trade Marketing Manager, based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the EMEA Marketing team and will be responsible for coordinating and executing trade marketing activities within the Travel Retail channel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement the trade marketing strategy in line with global guidelines and EMEA commercial objectives.
• Manage relationships with Travel Retail clients and operators, ensuring alignment on marketing and commercial plans.
• Oversee in-store execution (POS materials, activations), ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Manage the trade marketing budget and optimize the ROI of all activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Global teams to ensure effective execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing, preferably within the Beauty, Luxury, or FMCG.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with resilience and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• International mindset and fluent English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work autonomously.
• Good organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work hours aligned with the needs of the role.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will start from € 30.000, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
