Role Description: The Global Margin Controlling Manager will join the DG Beauty Global Controlling Team, partnering with HQ functions and regional organizations to drive profitable and sustainable growth across markets, channels, and product categories. The role is responsible for governing margins and profitability, ensuring the achievement of Strategic Plan and Budget objectives through effective management of key business drivers, including net revenues, pricing, commercial conditions, channel mix, product mix, and market performance. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Define margin targets and profitability objectives across strategic initiatives, supporting business decisions through robust financial modeling and ROI analyses. Monitor and steer business performance across products, categories, channels, and regions, identifying risks, opportunities, and value creation levers. Deliver insightful variance analyses and actionable recommendations to improve revenue growth and margin performance. Partner with regional leadership and key stakeholders, providing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate monthly closings and quarterly/year-end financial reporting in collaboration with regional organizations and Global Finance. Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting capabilities, and performance management tools, fostering a data-driven and insight-led culture. Requirements Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A, preferably within an international Fashion, Luxury, or FMCG environment. Strong expertise in financial planning, profitability analysis, performance management, and business partnering. Experience in business analytics, supply chain finance, pricing, or finance transformation projects is a strong plus. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and BI tools; experience with Power BI and Anaplan is highly desirable. between €50K and €65K , based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement; (v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
