Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape the strategy and growth of Digital Asset services within Global Transaction Banking. You will drive custody, tokenization, and DLT-based market infrastructure initiatives for internal and external clients in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with business, technology, legal and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions and influence industry standards. This is an opportunity to impact digital asset services at a leading European bank and work across cross-functional groups to transform post-trade processes. Benefits

Define and drive the strategy for Digital Asset Custody services to ensure scalability and sustainability Lead tokenization and Registrar services for issuing financial instruments on DLT platforms Manage product lifecycle from value proposition to business case and contractual support Oversee complex projects, including IT solution validation, risk monitoring, budget management, and outsourcing Support client-facing teams in business development and onboarding for Digital Asset services Participate in industry groups to shape market practices and standards Analyze regulatory developments (MiCAR, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR, Fintech) and assess impact on products and operating models Responsibilities

More than 5 years in product and project management roles Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto-assets and digital asset ecosystems Knowledge of the financial instruments lifecycle and DLT-based issuance/post-trade processes Experience with product and project management methodologies for complex cross-functional initiatives Knowledge of Digital Asset Custody, tokenization services and financial market infrastructures Understanding of MiCAR, CSDR, DLT Pilot Regime and related financial services regulations Ability to work in regulated environments with Compliance, Risk Management and Anti-Financial Crime English proficiency at C1 or above Plus: knowledge of post-trade services, payment products, trade finance and prior transformation/innovation programs Requisiti fondamentali
