You will ensure campaigns launch with technical precision, monitor external spend daily to prevent pacing issues, and proactively troubleshoot attribution or tracking discrepancies.

Responsibilities

    • Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance, accurate implementation, and continuous optimization.
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal sales to communicate campaign performance and drive results.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal achievement.
    • Effectively manage and track client budgets to ensure campaigns achieve target outcomes.
  • Media Planning & Performance Optimization
    • Create media plans, ensuring flight dates, budgets, and channel allocations are accurately documented.
    • Monitor campaign performance and pacing to identify risks and opportunities.
    • Recommend data-driven optimization strategies based on performance trends and established best practices.
    • Implement approved optimization tactics to improve delivery and results.
  • Reporting and Troubleshooting
    • Generate and maintain accurate campaign performance reports on a regular cadence.
    • Review performance data to identify trends, anomalies, or delivery risks.
    • Surface actionable insights to support optimization and performance discussions.
    • Identify and support the resolution of executional, delivery, or data integrity issues in collaboration with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Team & Process Improvement
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, boosting campaign execution and operational efficiency by sharing learnings and feedback.
    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Publisher, and other internal & external stakeholders to identify and resolve performance or workflow issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years working in a relevant industry/position (e.g., digital media agency or news media company) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strategic & Analytical Capabilities
  • Operational & Technical Execution
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management

We value diversity and actively encourage it. We believe a variety of perspectives and backgrounds makes us stronger. If this role excites you and you believe you could grow into it — even if you don’t tick every box — we’d love to hear from you.

While we have offices in Milan, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model (full remote available), empowering you to work where you are most effective.

Benefits & Culture

  • Opportunities to thrive in a rapidly scaling multinational company
  • A vibrant, informal, and inclusive work environment
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and a hybrid work model
  • Access to learning opportunities and regular feedback sessions
  • Modern offices with snacks, coffee (including vegan options), and ergonomic setups
  • Team events: offsites, happy hours, company parties, and celebrations
  • Equipment provided to work effectively in any location

We’re a team of 450 people (and counting) from 30 nationalities, on a mission to innovate. Building a diverse team and bringing in new talent is important to us.
