The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to fill the role of Digital Influencer & PR Manager. This multifaceted position requires expertise in managing digital influencer partnerships and executing effective public relations strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong network in the industry, and the ability to create impactful online and offline experiences that enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities & Major Duties

Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Identify and research potential influencers and content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating collaborations, contracts, and compensation terms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging influencer-driven content that promotes products or services.
  • Oversee influencer content creation to ensure it maintains brand consistency, meets campaign goals, and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Public Relations

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage the brand's reputation, and maintain positive media coverage.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and media to secure press coverage and features.
  • Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate interviews and media appearances for company spokespeople.

Content Collaboration

  • Collaborate with influencers and PR contacts to create compelling and shareable content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more.
  • Leverage influencer and media relationships to amplify brand messages and reach a wider audience.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Gather and analyze data from influencer campaigns, PR efforts, and trade events to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations that highlight key metrics and provide insights for future strategies.

Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, influencers, and media contacts to enhance the company's network and opportunities.
