We specialize in tailor-made travel programs for the global advisor community, with strong partnerships across North American consortia and host agencies.

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a senior marketing leader to manage the operational execution of our marketing function across all Travelive destinations.
This is a full-time, Athens-based, in-office leadership role focused on internal team management, campaign performance, CRM optimization, and measurable marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Marketing department, including Content, CRM, and Web functions
Establish structured processes, accountability standards, and performance benchmarks
Oversee execution of newsletters, consortia campaigns, commission initiatives, and webinar programs across multiple destination brands
Drive North American B2B advisor engagement strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives
Collaborate closely with the Art Director to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and digital platforms
Partner with the Director of Business Development to align marketing execution with advisor acquisition, loyalty programs, host agency growth initiatives, and retention strategy
Oversee CRM segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and nurture frameworks
Ensure disciplined execution of established post-event follow-up protocols and monitor conversion performance
Deliver structured monthly KPI reporting and data-driven optimization recommendations
Requirements:
~8-10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
~ Proven experience leading a marketing department within a multi-brand or multi-division organization
~ Demonstrated experience marketing to the North American B2B market
~ Strong expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation strategy
~ Experience managing marketing teams of 4+ professionals
~ Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency (all communications are conducted in English)
~ Structured, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
~ Experience in travel, hospitality, or multi-destination environments is considered a strong advantage
~ Must be based in Athens and available for full-time, in-office collaboration
